Looking for a fun day of learning, painting and creating with friends
while taking in a gorgeous seaside view?
Capture the beauty of nature with expressive strokes of color using our freestyle approach to watercolor. Create dramatic bleeds and blossoms in no time, explore different types of brushes, experiment with other tools. Follow along with us and watch your own creative style emerge! Soon you will see your personality reflected in your work. Freestyle Watercolor is loose, fun and fast! You will gain a new way of looking at nature and learn to paint glowing compositions with minimal strokes.
Our in-person workshops are themed to reflect the season and location. Learn while watching live painting demonstrations and plenty of one-on-one instruction. Everything is provided for you to just immerse yourself in the day, learn something new and leave with artwork and inspiration!
This workshop is great for beginners as well as pros!
You Have 2 Options When Registering:
• Attend 1 Day (Thursday OR Friday) for an overview of watercolor techniques, tips and tricks
• Attend 2 Days (Thursday AND Friday) for a more in-depth experience, additional lessons and more one-on-one instruction
The second day we will break into groups and expand on what we learn the first day. We also encourage painters who are interested in focusing on a specific theme: landscapes, florals, coastal motifs, etc; to explore that for a more in-depth experience. We will assist, advise, and demonstrate.
